Angolans go to the polls on Friday to vote for a new parliament – their first election in 16 years.

Fourteen parties are participating including the ruling MPLA and Unita, a former rebel group which ended a 27-year conflict in 2002.

The BBC News website asked residents in towns around the country how they would be voting.
